There are plenty of cocktail classics, but the signatures are where the bar shows some personality. The Vada Gimlet mixes Hendrick’s gin with lemongrass, Thai chili, lime and basil, while the Last Cocktail combines Tanqueray, pear, rosemary, Prosecco and clove. The Jazzy ‘N’ Rose goes in a fruitier direction with vodka, cranberry, cherry liqueur and sparkling wine.
