They’ve figured out a way to keep the open-air feel and to keep you away from the tribulations of Bangkok weather. The executive and head chef behind Above Eleven is Peruvian-born Chef Omar Frank Maruy, so this is one of the few truly great bars around town that will bring you there for the food.
